Be one of the first twenty people to enjoy Chef Beto Omaña’s presentation on how to make the traditional Venezuelan dish Tarkari. Tarkari is a hearty meat and vegetable stew that is richly flavored with curry and will be served with a side of white rice and fried arepas. Come to Central Garden’s Nature Educational Pavilion patio Tuesday, August 12th from 6:00pm-7:15pm to learn how to prepare and even taste this Venezuelan dish made with fresh produce from Central Gardens and other local farmers.
